Marlo Sweater Class w/Haley

Have you been wanting to make a knit garment, but are scared to do it alone? Never fear – Haley is here to walk you through using a serger to create this cozy sweatshirt! During this class we will dive into the joys of using a serger to create garments as well as using our regular machines to do finishing on knits. Don’t have a serger? No problem! We have some available for you to use during class!

We will be omitting the buttons on this to keep it more approachable for those new to sewing knits.  

Ages 18+. 

Skill Level: Intermediate sewing skills suggested.

Supplies Needed (not included.  Students get a 15% discount on all supplies purchased at Sew to Speak):

• Marlo Sweater – True Bias, pattern available in the shop
• Knit Fabric (amount needed, according to size)
• *Rib Fabric (this is optional)
• Knit interfacing
• Double Needle (for knits)
• Thread
