After purchasing your Juki sewing machine at Sew to Speak, our Stitch Squad has you covered for maintenance and repairs. We provide Juki sewing machine cleaning, repair evaluations, and most parts replacements. Juki lovers ourselves, we treat every sewing machine with preciousness and will always do our very best to get yours back in tip-top shape!

Repair Process & Pricing

An overview of our repair process and everything you need to know before leaving your Juki in our hands. 

• Our service fee for a Juki sewing machine cleaning and/or repair evaluation is $75.

• In any case, we recommend calling us before bringing in your Juki to discuss its issues and the time sensitivity of the repair. 

• We accept machine drop-offs for repairs during our regular business hours: Monday through Friday: 10 am–6 pm, Saturday: 10 am–5 pm, and Sunday: Noon–5 pm.

• Once it has been confirmed that your machine was purchased at Sew to Speak, we will get to work on bringing your Juki back to life!

• You can expect the repair process to take 10–14 business days.

If we need further assistance with your machine repair, we will offer two other trusted repair service companies.
