Intro to Improv Quilting w/ Allison
Material:
Description
You can make beautiful, inspired, and unique quilts without perfect points and seam allowances, all while accessing your “flow” state. In this class, students will learn how to create quilts and quilt blocks without patterns that are uniquely your designs.
This class will teach you how to select and combine colors, multiple techniques to create blocks, and how to combine those blocks together into a quilt top of your own design.
You will leave class with a quilt top and a new set of skills you can use in any of your future quilting projects.
Ages 18+
Skill Level: Intermediate
Intermediate level classes are suited for makers who have taken 2-3 Advanced Beginner classes in their craft, and/or have made several projects on their own, and are feeling independent in their skills. Some classes may include pre-class prep to be completed on your own. Sewing students must be comfortable threading their machines, following a seam allowance, changing presser feet, and troubleshooting minor machine issues.
