Hand-Painted in Germany using a 'secret technique', Braided Cotton (formerly known as 'Ribbon Floss Cotton') is a soft organic cotton tape that can be manipulated to achieve a multitude of amazing textural effects. Braided Cotton can be used as a ribbon or tape, laid flat and adorned with stitchery over, on or around it. Create textural depth by using for wrapped stitches or ruche by pulling one of the braided threads and shape into dimensional textural elements. Because of their special dyeing technique, dye lots can differ greatly from the product photographed.
