- Week 1 - Confirm gauge swatches and size, begin "Bottom Ribbing" section of pattern through "Body of Top" for front panel. Homework: Continue working Body of Top.
- Week 2 - Continue working on the "Body of Top" pattern section. Homework: Continue working Body of Top.
- Week 3 - No class. Students will continue working on "Body of Top" and begin their back panel.
- Week 4 - Begin "Panel Shaping" pattern section of front panel. Homework: Finish Front Panel Shaping.
- Week 5 - Begin "Panel Shaping" of back panel. Homework: Finish Back Panel Shaping.
- Week 6 - Finish "Panel Shaping," discuss "Seaming" section. Homework: TBD
- Week 7 - "Edging the Neck and Armhole Openings" section, and finishing techniques. Homework: Finish edgings and finishings at your own pace.
Ages 18+
Skill level: Intermediate
Intermediate level classes are suited for makers who have taken 2-3 Advanced Beginner classes in their craft, and/or have made several projects on their own, and are feeling independent in their skills. Some classes may include pre-class prep to be completed on your own. Knitting & Crochet students must be comfortable with basic stitches within their crafts, reading simple patterns, and troubleshooting simple mistakes.

Supplies (materials are not included in class cost, but students will receive 15% discount on class supplies purchased at Sew to Speak):

Yarn: Kelbourne Woolens Mojave or Skipper. Due to its fiber content Mojave will provide more drape, while Skipper is 100% cotton and may be easier to care for. Choose your personal preference! Please use the information below to find how much yarn you will need. You are also welcome to work with your instructor on this if you have questions!
Sizes available: XS (28-30" bust), S (32-34"), M (36-38"), L (40-42"), XL (44-46"), 2X (48-50"), 3X (52-54"), 4X (56-58"), 5X (60-62"). There is 2-4" positive ease built into this pattern, so choose the number closest to your actual bust measurement.
Yardage needed: 570, 650, 720, 810, 860, 970, 1060, 1180, 1280 yds - Hook: US G / 4mm, or size needed to obtain gauge (more information will be provided about gauge prior to class).
- Additional: Measuring tape, scissors, darning needle.
