Description
Let’s sew something a little more challenging!
In this class you’ll tackle the Jenna Button Up Shirt/Dress by Closet Core, while learning how to sew a collar, placket, sleeves, cuffs and buttonholes. If you don’t like buttonholes, snaps can be added or you can eliminate them altogether and make a duster.
The Jenna pattern spans from XXS (31" bust, 33" hip) to 4X (60" bust, 62" hip). For anyone wanting to make a men’s shirt, using the Fairfield by Thread Theory pattern is also an option.
Ages 18+
Skill Level: Intermediate
Intermediate level classes are suited for makers who have taken 2-3 Advanced Beginner classes in their craft, and/or have made several projects on their own, and are feeling independent in their skills. Sewing students must be comfortable threading their machines, following a seam allowance, changing presser feet, and troubleshooting minor machine issues.

- Choose and wash your fabric.
- Trace your pattern pieces on pattern paper unless you want to cut up your pattern.
