Description
Welcome to our re-imagined Crochet 101. This class is for the true beginner, or student looking for a crochet refresher course. Students will learn how to hold and use a crochet hook, single crochet, double crochet, seaming, and how to make tassels. Using an original pattern designed by your teacher, Rachael, you will only need at least two skeins of aran weight yarn at 170 yards each to complete this project. However, if you'd like to include more colors in your project, you're welcome to bring more! This pattern would look great worked in 2, 3, or 4 colors or more. Rachael recommends Quince & Co Osprey, but most aran weight yarn should work fine (please avoid dark color or novelty yarn like fringe, fur, etc, as it may be hard to see your stitches). This pattern also includes an outline of follow up projects, using the stitches you learn in class.
